The judge of the Tennessee court has granted the motion of singer Billy Ray Cyrus to temporarily restrain his wife Firerose from using his credit cards.

In a court order penned on July 10 and acquired by PEOPLE, a Williamson County judge declared there was “probable cause” for Cyrus’s belief that Firerose had no reason to make further charges on the credit cards and enjoined her from doing so.

The order also spells out that the events during a hearing conducted on July 1 require the couple – Cyrus, 62, and Firerose, 37 – to exchange income and expense statements, as well as asset and liability statements, by July 11 and the couple must undertake “good faith mediation” by August 31.

However, attorneys for Cyrus stated to PEOPLE: Specifically, Ms.Hodges was not allowed to make charges on the company’s credit card from Mr. Cyrus and for the extent that the Judge had been informed by Mr. Cyrus that he had reported the charges as fraudulent as Ms.Hodges was never an authorized user on the credit card belonging to Mr. Cyrus or given any authorization to use it to make charges as she did get an order restraining her from further accessing any of the accounts of

The hearing taking place weeks after the singer of the “Achy Breaky Heart” had filed an application under chamber’s application for an emergency order for a temporary restraining order against Firerose on allegations that she was using the defendants’ personal and business credit cards and accounts in an “unauthorized” manner. After the filing of the divorce on May 23, Cyrus said that she expensed $96000 of his money.
